Located in the Downtown Core neighborhood of Puyallup, this three-story, 24-unit apartment building was designed to provide an active and direct link to the pedestrian street system while maintaining an appropriate transition from public to private space. The street facing facades will be cladded with stucco, wood shakes and lap siding to match the authentic building materials of its neighbors.
