American Lake Park is one of two designated lakeside parks in the city, and is a well established gathering spot for local residents due to its waterfront access for watercraft. It was in need of an uplift, and more importantly, to be made more accessible for all people to gain access to the waterfront. We worked with a Landscape Architecture firm as a sub-consultant for this project, providing support with review of existing site conditions, schematic site concepts, review of pre-manufactured restroom and picnic shelter, trash enclosure design, specifications, and cost estimating.
