This project included a tenant improvement of a portion of an existing Gig Harbor building to accommodate a thriving bagel restaurant. The project included permitting documents for a kitchen remodel, as well as the addition of a service/pick-up counter and dining area for the restaurant, along with the required site development to accommodate the new occupancy.
