As part of a multi-phase effort to prevent homelessness in our community, LASA is breaking ground on Phase III of their development which will include two buildings supporting 26 units of 2-3 bedroom apartments. We have designed this project to achieve the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard which will ensure energy efficiency, indoor air quality, durability, and allow residents to learn about how the built environment can be made to benefit those who live, work, and play here. Construction is set to begin in early Fall of 2025.
