Kingswood Commercial Center Multi-Tenant Building

Located in the City of Tumwater’s newly developed Kingswood Commercial Center, this building was designed to meet the City’s standard for buildings along a Signature Road. A demising wall was incorporated into the design so that the building could support two tenants. The roof was designed to be ready for a variety of HVAC systems that may be needed by a future tenant, including hot stack vents for future ovens or large capacity cooking equipment.

The building was delivered with a 10-car stacking drive-thru for one of the tenant spaces and with all utilities stubbed and ready for a future build-out.
