Kingswood Commercial Center Chipotle Shell Building

Located in the City of Tumwater’s newly developed Kingswood Commercial Center, this building was designed to meet the City’s standard for buildings along a Signature Road. The building was also designed to meet Chipotle’s standards for exterior design, including modern storefronts, cantilevered awnings, and an integral rainwater downspout system.

The building was delivered with a 10-car stacking drive-thru with all utilities stubbed and ready for a future build-out.
