Monte Vera Pearl Residence

Project included a remodel and addition to an existing building to create a 16-bedroom assisted living facility. The design features new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry facilities, the addition of four bedrooms and updating all interior finishes to provide a welcome and peaceful living environment. Special attention was paid to providing ADA accessibility throughout the residential areas and creating safe, anti-ligature spaces for the safety of the residents. Exterior spaces were updated with new outdoor covered areas and landscaping. Solar panels were added to the building to offset utility costs.
