This project included a full remodel and addition to an existing lakefront cabin on Wye Lake. The addition included a new enclosed entry, an attached garage, (2) new upper floor guest bedrooms and (1) new bathroom. The project also included a full remodel of the existing cabin, featuring a new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a mini-split/heat pump system added for heating/cooling, and a redesign of the master suite with a lakefront view. An upper deck was also added off of the redesigned bonus/media room. The existing footprint of the cabin was retained, utilizing the existing carport space for the new addition.
